[Digicool-CVS] CVS access?

This problem has been fixed. One of the system administrators
(properly) changed the permissions on a home directory, which wasn't
*supposed* to disrupt the CVS procedure, but it does. I've got to scope
out how to get it right, but i've done the obvious workaround for now.
