Reconcile the rsync trailing-slash question.  While recursing, lacking
a trailing slash on the orgination will situate the directory *within*
the target directory, and including a trailing slash will prevent
that - that slash is important!  Lack of a trailing slash on the
target directory causes a message about creation of the target dir if
it's not already there - it seems to do so in either case, but i'm
leaving it off when it would make a difference.

Also, i changed the way that the syncronization process works in
--dryrun mode - the command is printed from python, instead of echoed
by the shell, to preserve quoting - so the displayed command could be
copied and executed by hand, without doctoring, when desired.
