[Digicool-CVS] Please put URLs to relevant cvsweb pages

Hello folks,

Could the check-in messages on this list and on the zope-checkins list 
contain links to their own entry in cvsweb.cgi?

So, changes to Packages/AccessControl User.py could be announced including 
a link to the log page:

   http://zope.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/Packages/AccessControl/User.py

and maybe also a link to the visual diff, to show the changes actually 
being made:

   http://zope.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/Packages/AccessControl/User.py.diff?r1 
http://zope.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/Packages/AccessControl/User.py.diff?r1=1. 
78&r2=1.79

Although you then get wrapping problems....

It should be trivial enough to parse this information out of the log 
message in postcommit_actions (in function do_mail, parse file MSGFILENM).
