Well, i'm inclined to think that all checkins should have notifications go
somewhere - distinct visibility is part of the assurance we have that
allows us to open up the repository to outside committers, and provides
some quality control.  zope-cvs is not the right place - it's a place
where unassigned things go, so i (and others) notice and are motivated to
find a better place.  The zope-db list seems like the only likely prospect
- unless you want to have a zope-db-checkins list, specifically for that
purpose.  Seems like the traffic isn't so high that's warranted yet, but
i'll leave that up to you...
