[Zope-DB] Problem with Psycopg?

Hi Dieter,

I installed the Python-2.3.1 from the source file @ www.python.org with file name - Python-2.1.3.tgz - is there any separate procedures for the development package ? I am a newbie to python installations so kindly guide me here.
