It tries to load a DLL (probably named "sql.pyd" or "sqlmodule.pyd")
and fails. Maybe, a supplementary DLL is missing.

I am no Windows expert. I know however, that Windows provides
a tool to check open references in DLL's. I just do not know
what's the name of this tool :-(

Maybe, you do?
