You'll need to have the Oracle client installation on your machine -- if 
you do that, you can run a binary build of DCOracle2 and not have to 
compile it yourself.

Otherwise you'll also need the developer install -- these are things 
like ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/demo etc where all the header files get put.
