[Zope-DB] ZODB help

Hello,

I am just starting to use Zope and can't understand how to use ZODB inside it. It is very simple about regular databases like MySQL for example. I can SEE everything what I am working with. But I don't understand how to work with databases with Zope. I can go to at /Control_Panel/Database. But what next? How to it all works. What should I do to create an abject, and store it in ZODB? And how I uses Zope to do it? Is there any documentation on this?
