FYI, I have re-built the windows binary of DCOracle2 for python 2.3.3 + 
Oracle9, as detailed  here: http://www.zope.org/Members/mikey/dco2doc

the dco2.pyd can be found at: http://zope.org/Members/mikey/dco2.pyd

use at your own risk!
