[Zope-DB] DCOracleStorage and Zope 2.7

DCOracleStorage won't work with Oracle9i until the stored procedures it 
uses are changed to use LOBs rather than LONGs.  There's some change in 
Oracle 9 that truncates the LONG responses to 4000 (or 4096) bytes.  
This leads to some rather nasty read errors.
