[Zope-DB] OracleStorage bwahaha (was: mxODBCZopeDA & ZEO)

Oracle as a ZODB storage is about 1/5 the speed of FileStorage, the 
last time I did a comparison check.

With only a few caveats, using FileStorage served by ZEO is probably 
going to perform much better for you.
