[Zope-DB] Zope server hangs if the remote

I have seen this problem in an old "psycopg" release: the GIL
(Global Interpreter Look) was not released during connect.
I have send a patch to the authors.

Should this problem still exists in an up to date "psycopg"
release, please remind the authors to fix this bug.
