[Zope-DB] ZODB error (IOError: [Errno 35] Resource temporarily unavailable)

I am getting the following error when I click on 'main' database in zmi. 
Help on this will be appreciated.

OS: FreeBSD
Python Version: python-2.3.4
Zope Version: zope-2.7.3
