[Zope-DB] Help with a Postgres and Psycopg in Win200

The "database adapter folder" has the name "ZPsycopgDA".

Zope's product folder is "<INSTANCE_HOME>/Products" (in case,
you use an instance home setup (which nowadays is standard))
or "<ZOPEDIR>/lib/python/Products" (for a non instance home
installation).
