[Zope-dev] ZServer loses leading slash from PATH_INFO...

With ZopeHTTPServer I set SCRIPT_NAME to "" and the leading slash wound up
in PATH_INFO.  This was, as I recall, what Jim Fulton said it should be.  I
just discovered that ZServer seems to lose the leading slash from
PATH_INFO.  I've worked around the problem by setting SCRIPT_NAME to "/".

Is this a bug or expected behavior?
