I've been wondering what system is used by DC for producing the
documentation?

We are currently standardizing our documentation process.  The Zope
user's guides are create using Adobe Framemaker and parsed into html,
pdf and ps formats.  We have available on http://www.zope.org a variety
of user's guides, on-line help and how-to's articles. 

Our plans are to provide more details in the documents available working
towards the lastest release of Zope.  I am currently working towards
that goal.
