You can build one yourself on that server.

Untar ZPatterns as usual

Go into the lib/python/Products/ZPatterns directory

Type cp /usr/lib/python1.5/config/Makefile.pre.in .

Type   make -f Makefile.pre.in boot

Type   make

then restart Zope.
