Look at http:// www.eurozope.org/zip

We at iuveno use ZBabel for localization. It has not been officially
released for 2.4 yet, but with a little patch it works. Another choice is
Localizer. Please take an active role in the ZIP (Zope Internationalization
Project). IF you don't have time to contribute code, it also helps to
contribute use cases (i.e. problem descriptions) ...
