[Zope-dev] PlugIns: new .dtml files for 2.3 CVS

The Zope 2.3 CVS has had the file main.dtml updated to fix problems with 
objects that don't do "get_size" properly (collector #1900).

I've updated the following files from PlugIns accordingly.

   lib/python/Products/PlugIns/www/PlugInGroup.dtml
   lib/python/Products/PlugIns/www/main.dtml
