Try this:

(1) Upgrade to 2.3.1 beta 1 (released yesterday).  There's an relevant
note in the changelog:

  "Hardened ZMI contents view against subobjects w/ flaky 'get_size'
(Collector #1900)"

(2) If that doesn't work, temporarily reinstall PythonMethod and report
back so we can fix the bug.
