[Zope-dev] ZCatalogIndexes

I was a little off in my previous fix:

Line 75 in ZCatalog/dtml/manageIndex.dtml should be:
	<form action="&dtml-absolute_url;Indexes/" method="get">

Without the "Indexes/" at the end of the action indexes still get added,
however the form submits back to the Contents of the ZCatalog instead of
the index listing.
