[Zope-dev] sessionDataManager should create it's temp/xxxx

I went to the collector, filled out the form.
Only to find out I need and account to submit the
form!!

The "Transient Object Container" is transient.. 
I wanted the SessionDataManager to create it's
Transient Object Container as needed. 

Added properties to the SessionDataManger to make this
possible.
