"RESPONSE" is set in "HTTPRequest"'s constructor
("ZPublisher.HTTPRequest.HTTPRequest.__init__").

"AUTHENTICATED_USER" is set after authentication at the end
of traversal: "ZPublisher.BaseRequest.BaseRequest.traverse".
