The reason is that test.py moved from $SOFTWARE_HOME/bin to  
$SOFTWARE_HOME and zopectl test checks for the old path and then  
exits. No idea why test.py moved.

Similar problem with mkzopeinstance. Moved from bin/ to utilities/.
