Undo them programmatically from Python! In the zopectl debug shell, do:

  >>> specification = dict(location='/path/to/folder/of/deleted/items')
  >>> txn_ids = [entry['id'] for entry in db.undoInfo(specification)]
  >>> db.undo(txn_ids)
  >>> import transaction
  >>> transaction.commit()
