When you have an object "obj" inside the site hierarchy, then
"obj.aq_inner.aq_parent" is its container (in this hierarcy).

Therefore, an idiom to delete "obj" is:

   obj.aq_inner.aq_parent.manage_delObjects(obj.getId())
