Sounds like you may need to be the maintainer, as I'm pretty sure the
product is effectively unsupported / unmaintained at this point.

It doesn't belong there:  that collector is for "core" Zope, not
third-party addons.

I will take a look at it on the train today.  I note that the patch
doesn't apply cleanly:  it looks as though a line has been chopped off.
