doc/CHANGES.rst is missing in the source distribution on pypi:

Getting distribution for 'Zope2'.
error: doc/CHANGES.rst: No such file or directory
An error occured when trying to install Zope2 2.12.0a2.Look above this  
message for any errors thatwere output by easy_install.
While:
   Installing python.
   Getting distribution for 'Zope2'.
Error: Couldn't install: Zope2 2.12.0a2
