Thanks also for your attention, the problem was in my buildout 
configuration as suggested by 'Dan Korostelev'

Adding the following lines to my buildout solves the problem:

additional-fake-eggs =
     zope.schema = 3.4.0
     zope.location = 3.4.0
     ZODB3 = 3.8.1
