[Zope-dev] Zope 2.12.0 released

I took the steps:
- installed Python 2.6.2
- downloaded Zope2-2.12.0-py2.6-win32.egg
- ..\Scripts\easy_install.exe Zope2-2.12.0-py2.6-win32.egg
- create a zope instance with ..\Scripts\mkzopeinstance.exe
Is this the correct way, right?
