[Zope-dev] Created bug tracker for repository policy

Hi,

as there were various issues about our repository policy floating 
around, I have created an according project on launchpad with a bug tracker:
http://bugs.launchpad.net/zope.repositorypolicy/

I'm filing the issues I know of:

- superfluous check for ZF being author
- badly formatted ZPL 2.1 required
