Mailman says that you argued[1] for keeping 2.4 compatibility only for
zope.interface and zope.component. I argued for keeping it for the
whole "bicycle-seat toolkit"[2].

Which job? There are a bunch of red ones, as well as a bunch of
offlines. A waterfall which doesn't stay green most of the time is not
very helpful.
