I explained it to Jens here at the Plone conference. In the
download.zope.org Apache config I changed:

-IndexIgnore distribution ppix simple timelib zope-dev Zope2
+IndexIgnore distribution ppix simple timelib zope-dev

Now Zope2 shows up for all old indexes as well :)
