[Zope-dev] contributor agreement and new user account at old.zope.org

Hi,
    following the "Becoming a Committer" documentation (http://docs.zope.org/developer/becoming-a-committer.html), I'd like to ask for  a "new user account at old.zope.org".
I already sent a similar email to the correct email address, but no responses so far.
Can someone here help me or at least point me to the proper person?
I would like to get write permission mostly in order to contribute to zope.app.locales.
