Hhm, weird. The tests all passed for me locally. I made some changes
and put in a 1.1.1. Let's see if the bots like that one.

I asked fdrake to make a new ZConfig release to get the IPv6 support
into a released version.

This looks like the Windows bot downloaded the Acquisition tarball
before the binary egg had been built. Someone needs to remove the
tarball from the download cache, so setuptools downloads the eggs
instead.
