The ZTK release team is still officially in place.

I can take care of the ZTK 1.0 and 1.1 bugfix releases.

I won't be involved in ZTK 1.2 decisions myself, the same way I won't
take care of Zope2 4.0.

So I'm not sure what the process for that will be.
