Both buildout failures::

- -------------------------- $< ---------------------------
c:\buildslave\zope.processlifetime\build>call "C:\Program Files
(x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\VC\VCVARSALL.bat" x86
Setting environment for using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 x86 tools.

An error occurred when trying to install z3c.recipe.tag 0.5. Look above
this message for any errors that were output by easy_install.

Error: Couldn't install: z3c.recipe.tag 0.5

- -------------------------- $< ---------------------------

This is due to the brown-bag z3c.recipe.tag 0.5 release; it should be
fixed with the release of 0.6.

As for why the buildout requires that recipe ... I have no earthly idea.
