These two are related to dis-including the header file from persistent.
The 'setup_requires=["persistent"]' lets the package build, but the
"temporary" .egg files (persistent, zope.interface) created in the
buildout root confuse buildout:  it doesn't then install those eggs into
'eggs/' nor add them to the path for the test parts.
