[ZWeb] A recent (good) change to the login form broke it

The hidden tag:

  <input type="hidden" name="came_from" value="&dtml-came_from;">

was stuck between two table elements, which made W3
stop processing the table. :(

I moved it into an empty data element which made things
better.
