[ZWeb] ZWN: HiperDom 0.1 is out

HiperDom 0.1 is out at http://www.zope.org/Members/lalo/HiperDom .
We would like as many people as possible to test it and give us
feedback before the next step.

This version is Python-based, fully functional and HelpSys'ed.
Heck, it even has an icon (a burning tree) ;-)
