[ZWeb] Error in Zope.org Search

Hi !

I did a search on Zope.org for 4DOM, and received a list of
Wiki links that lead to nowhere.

Example:
http://www.zope.org//Wikis/zope-xml/Aquisition kills get_ownerDocument

Seems like there is an url_quote missing in
http://www.zope.org/SiteIndex/search/view_source:

<a href="<dtml-var BASE1>/<dtml-var url>"><!--#var title_or_id size=30--></a>
