[ZWeb] Some fishbowl work

the problem i have is not really a fishbowl problem but with all of zope
i cannot find anything everything is somewhere down.

i am looking for a tracker (tracker,collector or roundup are finalists)
and need a wiki or so (CMFWiki,ZWiki or moinmoin). i tried CMF and 
finally got somewhere but not yet finished.

i thought a FAQ would do also, but then what is different from a FAQ
entry to an Issue: it is less structured which leads to a wiki.

it is not really the same issue (ChangeWatching) but then again
if i have a single point where i can look at, this would suffice for me.
