[ZWeb] Cookie name change on Zope.org

I finally decided to bite the bullet and hack www.zope.org to use a
different login cookie name to avoid clashes with the CMF based websites in
the Zope.org domain. This change means that you can now safely
simultaneously log in to www.zope.org and {cmf,collector,new}.zope.org.

The patient has been operated on and restarted, and is doing well. You may
need to restart your browser to clear any old cookies lying around though.

For those insatiably curious; the new name for the cookie is __ac_czo,
where czo stands for crufty zope.org.
