More like "overall".  I picture it like a table with legs.  The Zope
book, LearningZope, and perhaps others lay horizontal at the top since
they delve into all categories but do not provide full depth.  Most of
what's on the documentation page makes up the legs, since they provide
the narrow focused depth.
