[ZWeb] FYI: Results of IRC chat for new.zope.org

I realized a little detail today:

Today the link to a printable version is on the bottom of the page. For me
that means I have to look for it, and also scroll down to the bottom of the
page. Since it usually is the long pages I want to print, that doesn't feel
right to me.

I'd like to have it in the top menu together with the search-box and such.

Like this, maybe:
