[ZWeb] HTML mockup

Nicolas and I had a short week end ! :(

So, here is the result of our work on new.zope.org HTMLized mockups :

Attempt 1

Including a news bar in such a design, without a 3rd column is a hard
challenge.

Hope that you will all enjoy this hard work.

We are using HTML4 with smart use of css : read the source.
They have been tested with IE5, IE6, Netscape 4.x, Netscape 6.x, Mozilla
0.99, and w3m.

You are free to make modifications that we will upload if needed.

We will convert the other elected mockup
(http://www.nidecker.net/zope.org/mockups/6.2.gif) later.
