I like the 3 columns thing.

My opinion is that the 3rd (right) column is too wide. I would see it as
large as the left column.

If some ppl agree, I can work on this basis to make a new proposal.

ps : there are minor problems, (printer icon), right dotted bar. I am sure
you know about it and it was not the purpose of your proposal :-)
