I don't know the zope.org stats, but I do know a lot of linux users 
still use netscape because mozilla runs so slowly on old hardware.

In our clients' stats, we still find about 3 - 4% use ns4x.  what really 
astonishes me is about 0.2% still use IE3 - who *are* these people?!

Personally, I think it should be 100% usable and it should look OK in 
ns4, but if style etc doesn't work I'm not so  bothered.
