[ZWeb] Zope.org feedback: running on Windos 98-trying to connect with ftp

If I use the ftp url, the "PYTHON" window says that there are 2 successful connections form my IP address (yes, that's TWO connections for each attempt), however, my browser gives a "Cannot find server" error.  What's up with thath?
