Years like that occur when people set their clock wrong and sometimes 
when "spam" gets through.  We could reject messages for the wrong year, 
but we couldn't send a message back to the sender, since half of the 
time, to do so would be invite more spam.

Maybe we could get Mailman to simply not display messages dated far in 
the future or in the past in the archives.  I wonder what Barry would 
think of that.
